The client here is a young black chef with years of experience in the culinary industry. When asked to direct a project celebrating women of color in the food service industry, I got to work! .
The current result is a refined, upscale black-owned cafe nestled in the heart of Harlem. Here, the crème de la crème of skilled black pastry chefs meticulously curate and lead the cafe. They embody excellence in every creation they serve to the community.
