After analyzing customer behavior and purchase patterns, I identify which products, messaging, and visuals drive conversions. Using these insights, I designed targeted email campaigns in Figma and deployed them through Alpine, refining hierarchy and calls to action based on our retail engagement metrics. Each send was data-driven and designed to increase click-through rates and drive in-store sales 
The result is revenue-driving emails that are OCM compliant and a great way to stay in touch with our favorite people! Between September and October 2025 alone, these campaigns generated thousands in attributed revenue, achieved an ROI exceeding 756%, reached more than 1.3 million sends, and maintained an 38.8% open rate and a 6.4% click-through rate!
The Green Blog is another way to reach our customers via email! This touchpoint keeps our audience informed and engaged beyond the point of purchase, showcasing The Daily Green as a trusted voice in the NYC cannabis community. The Green Blog contains articles about the founders behind the brands they love, museums to visit, upcoming events, Broadway's latest happenings, and cafes in the area to relax after a purchase. Including a blog card in our emails gives readers a reason to click even when they aren't ready to shop, increasing overall engagement and keeping our open rates strong.
